Clinic upgrade is complete
Our major Clinic rebuild with all the final touches is now complete. Thanks to all those that came to our open day and made it such a successful and fun event. For those that missed out feel free to ask at Reception for a tour of the facility.
There is now a whole lot more to the hospital part of the clinic than you might have imagined. The best time for a tour would be in the afternoon when all the scary surgery has been completed for the day. We are packed with equipment and features that are similar to a human hospital and may surprise you.
Baby on board
Our resident married couple Rhiannon ( Veterinary Nurse ) and Campbell ( Veterinarian ) are going to have a baby girl for Christmas! Rhiannon will be spending her time in Reception during her pregnancy so feel free to wish them well.
Despite all the fancy equipment we have in our new second surgery room and elsewhere with the rebuild we are not curbing our enthusiasm to constantly improve the care available to your pets.
We have two new devices that blow warm air through a special blanket to safely and effectively warm our patients that are unwell or recovering from procedures. It's so cosy that it's tempting to curl up in the cage with them! These modern versions are light enough to be placed on any cage front in our recovery area or in the hospital wards so no patient misses out.
We have also just received a large order of locking plates and screws from America. This significant investment in new orthopaedic technology will further enhance our ability to provide the latest standards of care in stabilising difficult bone fractures of dogs and cats.
