Our mobile APP is here!

In another exciting first for East Coast Bays Vet we are launching an APP for mobile pads and smartphones. We hope you find this a super convenient way to connect with our clinic and team.

There are numerous neat features such as contacting us directly, managing appointments, reviewing purchases, requesting medication, checking loyalty points, checking your pets vaccination status and more!

Available on itunes and googleplay under Myvetapp with special download code NZECBVA. If you are logged into pet records you are set to go otherwise you need your email we have on file as username and client number as password. Feel free to call reception to help get you started.

Online appointments

This is a really cool system available on our app and website. The system is live so you can select an available appointment with your chosen vet and it will instantly appear on our scheduling software at the clinic. Once reception confirms the appointment you will be sent an immediate text and email reassuring you it is all good at our end.

Staff

If you thought something looked different it's because all our awesome nurses, Candice, Claire, Sophie, Kirsten, Kylie, Mel and Abi are all looking sharp in our new look uniforms.

Steve and Sophie have just returned from animal related holidays. Steve has been scuba diving in Honduras seeing strange creatures like frog fish ( you need to google these! ) and Sophie has been using her Vet nursing skills in an animal rescue centre in Malawi with all sorts of interesting animal stories to tell.

A big welcome to caring Vet Dr Campbell Woollams who has joined our team to help expand the hours we are available for appointments. Our newest vet nurses are Mel and Abi who have quickly become integral members of our team due to there total awesomeness!

Laparoscopic dog speys

We would like to take a moment to thank those who have already supported our endeavours to bring less painful surgical procedures to general practice in New Zealand. Being a new Veterinary option requiring advanced equipment and training meant it was a risk for us. It is so pleasing to see that many others share our vision for Veterinary medicine.

Visit our laparoscopic page for more information

We are also now proudly representing New Zealand on www.veterinarylaparoscopy.com See the list of Veterinary Practices in the second paragraph

Thanks from the team at

See you soon
