As a client of East Coast Bays Veterinary Clinic you can request a prescription refill by completing this form. Also foods or other products can be ordered this way to ensure we have them ready for you.

Please allow 24 hours for us to prepare your medication. A staff member will be in touch when it is ready to collect or if clarification is needed so please leave suitable contact details.

Prescriptions have strict guidelines and a pet examination may be required before your pets prescription can be refilled if we haven’t evaluated them in the previous six months. We will notify you if this requirement is due.
